Shipping policy

Any overcharges will be refunded.

Once your package is dropped off at the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. Please work with the shipping carrier directly for assistance with missing or late packages. Please note there are many factors that can impact delayed shipping, like weather or time of year, plan accordingly. We will do everything we can on our end to ensure your packages makes it to you safely from the last minute we have it in our hands. 

Packages are shipping Mon-Fri and processing times are 1-2 weeks for ready to ship items. Any custom items have a 1 month processing time.
